The role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps. 

You’ll work closely with our users to recommend and develop Power Platform solutions that will support their daily work, using a passion for solving problems, experimenting, and tackling the challenges our business faces. 

You will lead on activities within business areas to elicit business needs that productivity tools and automations can support and you will help build and support a community of low-code builders.

The role will implement effective governance, licencing, technical support and testing for our tools. Using data insights and user engagement to develop a sustainable environment that promotes adoption and experimentation. 

This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across different industries, providing diverse and rewarding challenges.

About You  

You will be a talented Power Platform Business Solutions Engineer with a passion for solving business challenges through technology. You will have a BSc in relevant discipline, or equivalent industry experience. 

You will have over one year of experience with low-code toolsets, with a focus on Power Apps development.

You will understand the different types of Power Platform environments and have strong business analyst skills and problem-solving skills, along with a continuous willingness to learn and keep up to date with emerging technology. 

Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as Developer (PL-400) are highly desirable along with an understanding of the Power Platform licencing model.

This is a hybrid role, and the post holder is expected to demonstrate the power of digital tools to work in a hybrid way. This is to be balanced alongside effectively collaborating with colleagues in our offices.
