Retirement Communities Manager

£36,348 per year Rising to £38,259 after 12 months once proficient

Your role
  • Lead all aspects of life in the community, ensuring smooth 24/7 operations
  • Motivate and support a multi-disciplinary team to achieve great results
  • Work with the Chef Manager to deliver high-quality, value-for-money dining
  • Build strong relationships with residents, leaseholders, and stakeholders
  • Effectively manage and market voids
  • Ensure compliance and safety across housing and care services

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Financial and business awareness
  • Ability to stay calm and empathetic in challenging situations
  • Confident using IT systems
