Pride Month 2026: Out Loud, Inside Strong

Pride Month is about celebrating diversity and all the different identities of the LGBTQIA+ community.
But it’s also an opportunity to reflect on the challenges that LGBTQIA+ individuals still face.
For Pride this year, our PRISM employee network is focusing on LGBTQIA+ mental health with the theme Out Loud, Inside Strong.
Together, we’re exploring how and why the community is disproportionately affected and sharing a clear, positive message - that support is available, and things can get better.
As well as hosting Pride events in our offices, homes and services around the country, we’re sharing stories of strength, community and resilience from colleagues across our organisation.
