Working with our customers at Sanctuary
Our commitment to inclusion here at Sanctuary extends beyond just our colleagues – it’s central to the way we work and interact with our customers too.
Knowing our customers is one of the four key objectives of our Inclusion for All diversity and inclusion strategy. We want to be a trusted partner to our customers, recognising their diversity and putting them at the heart of all we do.
Whether that’s through using data to improve our knowledge of our customers, working in partnership to design services that are accessible to all, or monitoring performance to ensure fair outcomes for all, we know inclusion is integral to a customer-first approach.
As well as delivering homes and services, we also work closely with our customers to provide grants and practical support to help them create thriving communities where they live.
