Exciting opportunity to lead the Markets' Emerging Risks team. This individual will develop and deliver a strategy to ensure the Lloyd's market is on the front foot in understanding and quantifying Emerging Risks. Working in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, this individual will lead a team to provide technical expertise and risk intelligence on a broad range of emerging perils, whether climate science, Cyber, or PFAS. Leading development of novel approaches to quantity emerging risks, the successful candidate will lead a team to provide both thought leadership and actionable outcomes for Lloyd's market underwriters, exposure managers and actuaries. As part of the Portfolio Risk Management SLT (Senior Leadership Team) you will need to demonstrate leadership capabilities, stakeholder management and influencing skills combined with: - Ability to lead and manage a team of technical experts
- Evidence of creating an environment where a team can thrive
- Advanced knowledge of risk modelling
- Knowledge of Exposure Management, data, and measurement
- Knowledge of Risk Management tools and techniques
- Detailed knowledge of Cyber, Climate science or other emerging risks
