Your role - Oversee the day-to-day running of the supported housing service to deliver an effective housing management service
- Assist with tenancy and void management to maintain occupancy levels
- Support and promote compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures
- Build positive relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Manage supplies, furniture and equipment and keep records and filing systems up to date
Your skills - Experience delivering tenancy services
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Literacy and numeracy skills equivalent to GCSE Grade C in English and Maths
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant area
- Ability to analyse and interpret data
- Experience using housing management systems is desirable
- Full valid driving licence and access to own vehicle required as travel is essential to the role
