UKRI’s Disability Matters network at British Antarctic Survey
Disability Matters is a staff network which provides both support and a unified voice for colleagues with disabilities, impairments, and health conditions across UKRI. The network’s mission is to guide change within UKRI so that people with disabilities can thrive as people and as employees. The network exists to provide support and be a voice for all disabled employees, colleagues who are carers and disabled people applying to work at UKRI. The network will push for fair access to reasonable workplace adjustments, including assistive technology across the whole of UKRI.
