At Sanctuary, we’re proud to be a diverse and inclusive organisation for our colleagues and customers alike.
For Pride Month this year, we celebrated the theme of 'Trans Inclusion Matters'.
Brilliantly led by our LGBTQ+ employee network, PRISM, we enjoyed events and coffee mornings across the country, as well as an insightful webinar where we heard from some of our transgender colleagues and allies.
We also shared blogs and videos to encourage respectful curiosity and help colleagues learn more about trans inclusion and why it matters.
We're so proud to share this wonderful video from Kevin Yates, our Head of Programme – Greener Futures Partnership, and his wife Rachel Calupaz, who is transgender.
Kevin and Rachel invited us into their home for a Q&A session, talking about their individual and shared experiences, transgender inclusion, and trans joy!
