Join our rapidly growing ADS team at Sopra Steria as a ServiceNow Team Leader/Scrum Master and play a pivotal role in delivering enduring business value through innovative digital solutions.

Our ADS business specialises in designing and deploying digital solutions that transform businesses across the UK's Public and Private sectors. As a ServiceNow Team Leader/Scrum Master, you'll lead a significant on-premise ServiceNow deployment, driving success, continuous improvements, and alignment to Service Management standards. What you'll be doing:

- Designing and planning the work plan, supervising progress, and resolving issues

- Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, providing regular progress updates, and ensuring customer-focused solutions

- Being responsible for progress by supervising epics and backlogs across the project portfolio

- Collaborating with collaborators to make sure delivery is on-track and issues are resolved timely

- Communicating sophisticated information clearly to both technical and non-technical collaborators

- Leading and managing geographically dispersed teams

What you'll bring:

- Proven track record managing and delivering ServiceNow implementations

- Deep understanding of ITIL processes

- Customer-focused approach to work

- Strong leadership and team-building skills

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to articulate sophisticated information clearly to collaborators

- Previous experience in the Aerospace, Defence, and Security sector

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000
