Through listening and trusting our employees to get things done, we’ve found many new and productive ways to approach our work and we’ve made the all-important move to a hybrid way of working for the future of our business. Our ways of working allow for flexibility depending on your role and circumstances, with a focus on our 3Cs model, which guides colleagues to think about how to work in a way that offers the chance to Connect, Collaborate and Congratulate effectively, whilst at the same time acknowledging that we will always have individual requirements and challenges.

Most of our employees can work in a hybrid way. There are a small number of roles which are more suited to being mostly based at home or in an office. We’re committed to making this work for you, your clients and your colleagues so we’ll work with you to find a suitable working arrangement.

We’ve come a long way since we introduced a more hybrid way of working. It’s been important to us to make sure that when colleagues work from home, they do so safely and effectively. We also know the power of being in person with colleagues and clients. Getting that balance right for everyone is at the core of our approach.
