Neurodiversity Network

Our Neurodiversity Network was set up to openly embrace, support, and represent all forms of neurodiversity, offering a safe space where colleagues can speak openly about their experiences and learn more about how to support one another.

We know that neurodivergent people have a vast range of skills and strengths they can bring to the workplace. With 10% of us being neurodiverse in some way, this network brings people together to ensure the organisation caters to differing needs. We want neurodivergent people to enjoy their careers, to fulfil their potential and to thrive and succeed within our Company.

Our Neurodiversity Network aims to be:

  • Raising awareness and educating people; helping colleagues understand and relate to neurodiversity.
  • Highly visible and active within our organisation, all sectors, and all joint ventures.
  • Accessible and welcoming to all.
  • Positively influencing … policy, practices, attitudes.
  • Reaching out beyond our organisational boundaries.

And where our colleagues can:

  • Speak openly with absolute confidence of being heard.
  • Engage without fear of being judged, stereotyped, or marginalised.
  • Feel understood, supported, and valued.
  • Learn about neurodiversity and ask insightful questions.
  • Make a positive difference in our organisation and in wider society.
