National Mentoring Day: Our mission is to foster an inclusive workplace where diverse talent can thrive.
Earlier this year, we introduced our Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Game Changers programme, which partnered our senior leaders with talented people from ethnically diverse and socially disadvantaged communities who are looking to provide insights and understanding into their lives and break down barriers.
The co-mentoring programme has helped our leaders better understand the role they play in creating an inclusive workplace, inspiring them to deliver change. And, in return, they’ve provided coaching and leadership insights to their mentoring partner.
