Revenue Operations Procurement AdministratorCould you see yourself thriving in a fast-paced role where accuracy, organisation and supplier relationships play a key part in generating revenue for the NHS?
As a Revenue Operations Procurement Administrator, you'll join a supportive team responsible for processing supplier sales returns across a range of procurement frameworks. Working closely with suppliers and colleagues, you'll help ensure the accurate reporting of sales data that underpins a significant proportion of NHS Shared Business Services' procurement income.
This is a highly administrative role where attention to detail, planning and self-management are essential. You'll work as part of a team of four, managing your own workload, chasing outstanding information and resolving queries to ensure monthly reporting deadlines are met.

What you'll be doing: - Reviewing and processing supplier sales returns across allocated procurement frameworks.
- Building effective relationships with suppliers and managing queries to support timely monthly sales submissions.
- Checking contracts and framework agreements to validate reporting information and resolve discrepancies.
- Processing sales reports accurately within operational systems and supporting future migration to an online portal.
- Monitoring and chasing outstanding sales returns to ensure reporting deadlines are achieved.
- Following established processes and contributing to the efficient operation of the Revenue Operations team.
What you'll bring: - Experience working in a busy administrative environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate data processing.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and basic spreadsheet formulas.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive and proactive approach, with the confidence to build relationships and communicate with suppliers and colleagues.
It would be great if you had: - Procurement experience.
- Experience working within a relevant sector environment.

Salary: £26,300pa
