As part of a newly created Operations and Logistics team, we're looking for an experienced
Onboarding and Training Manager to lead a multidisciplinary onboarding and training function supporting a growing user community across the UK and internationally.
In this role, you'll be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and operating model for onboarding and training services, ensuring users are successfully adopted onto the platform while leading a team of specialists and working closely with customers, stakeholders, and industry partners.
Our team is based in Farnborough, with occasional travel to other sites as required.
To support effective collaboration, our preference is two days a week onsite, and we are happy to consider flexible arrangements such as a compressed working week.
What you'll be doing: - Ensure the timely and efficient onboarding of approved users onto the platform across the UK and overseas.
- Lead and deliver onboarding and training activities, managing scope, schedule, risks and quality to achieve defined outcomes.
- Provide strategic leadership for the onboarding and training function, establishing objectives, priorities, and performance measures aligned to business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of onboarding and training professionals, creating a high-performance culture focused on customer success and continuous improvement.
- Shape the long-term onboarding and training strategy, ensuring scalable processes, tools, and learning solutions support organisational growth.
- Drive resource planning and workforce management, ensuring the team is appropriately structured to meet current and future demand.
What you'll bring: - Significant experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams within a complex organisation, with responsibility for setting direction, driving performance, and delivering operational outcomes.
- Proven experience building, developing, and managing high-performing teams, including coaching managers, workforce planning, and performance management.
- Experience defining and implementing onboarding, training, or customer adoption strategies that support organisational growth and business objectives.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and challenge senior leaders, customers, and external partners.
- Demonstrable experience leading service improvement initiatives, using performance metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Security Cleared to at least SC level, or eligible and willing to obtain Security Clearance.
It would be great if you had: - Client or customer facing experience.
- Experience working in a consulting environment with a focus on stakeholder engagement and management.
- Experience in change management or supporting organisational transformation.
- Experience of process mapping and analysis.
Location: Farnborough our preference is for two days a week onsite.
Security Clearance Level: Cleared to at least SC level, or eligible for Security Clearance.

Base salary: Up to £45,000, dependent on experience
