If you're a confident communicator with strong negotiation skills and a passion for delivering fair outcomes for customers, we'd love to hear from you.\u003C/p>\u003Cp> \u003C/p>\u003Cp>\u003Cb>A bit about the job:\u003C/b>\u003C/p>\u003Cp>As a Motor Claims Handler, you'll support our customers and third parties throughout their claims journey, helping to deliver fair and efficient outcomes when they need us most. You'll manage a portfolio of motor claims, investigating liability, assessing information, negotiating settlements, and progressing claims through to resolution. Working closely with customers, legal representatives, suppliers, and colleagues, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer experiences while ensuring claims are handled efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>You'll be responsible for managing customer interactions, assessing claims within your authority level, identifying potential fraud or indemnity concerns, and working with our legal panel and supplier network to achieve the best outcomes for both customers and Aviva.\u003C/p>\u003Cp> \u003C/p>\u003Cp>\u003Cb>Skills and experience we're looking for:\u003C/b>\u003C/p>\u003Cul> \u003Cli>Proven technical claims handling experience, including managing motor injury claims.\u003C/li> \u003Cli>A strong customer focus and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and confidently.\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence fair claim settlements.\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Experience building positive relationships with customers, third parties, legal representatives, suppliers, and colleagues.\u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Cp> \u003C/p>\u003Cp>\u003Cb>What you'll get for this role:\u003C/b>\u003C/p>\u003Cp>\u003Cb> \u003C/b>\u003C/p>\u003Cp>Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow - is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
