Gavin, who co-chairs Aviva Balance alongside Sadie, adds, “In Aviva Balance, we look to address some really difficult topics, so I offer suggestions and guidance on how to make accessible and safe spaces for all.” His leadership highlights the importance of creating a culture of openness and trust, where challenging conversations can take place, and people feel empowered to share their perspectives.
