Aviva Pride Network

This community celebrated 15 years of existence in 2022 as Aviva's longest-running employee network and marked this milestone with the launch of pronoun stickers for all UK colleagues on their ID badges, and enabled pronouns to be displayed across all Microsoft accounts for consistency. In 2023, Aviva went live with the Gender Neutral Titles project, enabling the Mx title to be used for all customers across multiple products and platforms.

International Transgender Day of Visibility

March 31st  is the International Transgender Day of Visibility. This day highlights our colleagues, friends, family and neighbours who contribute uniquely to diversity at Aviva and around the world. 

We are proud to celebrate trans, non-binary, two-spirit and gender diverse individuals, their achievements, and the hard-earned progress that has been made towards true equity (whilst acknowledging there is still more to be done).

We are committed to educating ourselves on trans issues, to raising the voice of trans people and speaking out against transphobia in all its forms.
