Meet Harri, a talented individual who lives with ADHD and dyslexia. While they have faced challenges in the workplace, with the right support and a focus on inclusion, they are now thriving.

Reflecting on their journey, Harri shared:

One of the remarkable ways Harri has contributed to our community is by supporting the relaunch of our Workplace Adjustment Passports. This initiative, designed in collaboration with our People function, aims to make it easier for colleagues to request and implement the necessary changes to their working environment. By providing a streamlined process, the initiative ensures that everyone can access the resources and accommodations they need to perform at their best.

Through the Ability Community, Harri discovered the value of the Workplace Adjustment Passport:
