This is a \u003Cb>field-based role\u003C/b>, meeting customers face-to-face and guiding them through what can often be a stressful period with confidence, empathy and expertise. In doing so, you'll play a key role in delivering Aviva's promise of being \u003Ci>"With you today, for a better tomorrow."\u003C/i>\u003C/p>\u003Cp>\u003Cb> \u003C/b>\u003C/p>\u003Cp>\u003Cb>Skills and experience we're looking for:\u003C/b> \u003C/p>\u003Cp>• \u003Cb>High-Value Claims Experience: \u003C/b>Ideally, you have experience with claims around £100,000, but we're happy to consider those with experience over £50,000. \u003C/p>\u003Cp>• \u003Cb>Professional Growth:\u003C/b> A minimum qualification of Cert CII or CILA is required, and if you're aiming for Dip CII, that's fantastic! But don't worry, it's not a must. \u003C/p>\u003Cp>• \u003Cb>Technical Know-How:\u003C/b> Your deep understanding of insurance principles, subrogation, underwriting practices, and ABI report writing will be highly valued. \u003C/p>\u003Cp>• \u003Cb>Building Practices Insight:\u003C/b> Knowledge of building practices and regulations for property reinstatements and tendering processes is a big plus. \u003C/p>\u003Cp>• \u003Cb>Customer Focus:\u003C/b> You have a proven track record of managing claims from cradle to grave, always keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront. \u003C/p>\u003Cp>\u003Cb>What you'll get for this role:\u003C/b> \u003C/p>\u003Cp>Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow - is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
