This is a UK based contract and as such, you are required to have the Right to Work in the UK. Evidence of your Right to Work will be checked prior to interview.



We will support this job holder in working towards a HR qualification such as CIPD Level 3 or a relevant apprenticeship.

As HR Services Coordinator for WWF UK, you will play your part in the fight for our planet by ensuring that our HR team delivers a responsive service to our customers – the people who currently work for us and the ones that would like to! As the first point of contact for routine HR enquiries, you will help create the right impression of the HR team and the organisation. We will look to you to make sure our onboarding and offboarding processes are administered efficiently and that the documents we send out, and the records we keep, are accurate. You will become an expert user of our HR system and will help us to identify continuous improvement opportunities for our HR system and processes. You will also support employee engagement and retention, with the opportunity to participate in different people projects such as reward and recognition and wellbeing programmes.

For this role you must have previously used an HR database, preferably iTrent, and be proficient in MS Office. You will also be skilled in written and verbal communication, relationship building and team working skills. You will have an eye for detail, a high level of confidentiality and be good at prioritising your workload too. Naturally, you will be passionate about helping to bring about a world where people and nature can thrive.
