As HR Systems and Data Services Coordinator, you will help deliver a responsive service to our internal customers on all aspects of data, analysis, management information and systems work. You will act as an early point of contact for routine payroll, systems and data enquiries, ensure that our HR data and systems are administered efficiently, that the records we keep are accurate and that information and reports are provided are timely and enable insight. You will also support the monthly payroll process as well as year-end payroll reporting as needed. You will help with system enhancements and improvement programmes too. Important will be the ability to ensure the organisation enjoys a highly professional service.

To help build back nature, you must have HR administration experience and be confident user of HR databases and enabling software, preferably iTrent. Proficient in MS Office, you will possess well-developed communication, relationship building and team working skills. You will have an eye for detail, a high level of confidentiality and be good at prioritising your workload too. You will also be studying for, or accredited in, or prepared to study for a fundamental relevant CIPD qualification or equivalent. Naturally, you will be passionate about helping to bring about a world where people and nature can thrive.
