This is a great job for someone who has experience delivering and coordinating technology change within a complex business environment and enjoys working closely with Finance and IT stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who can balance competing priorities, influence decision-making and ensure that change initiatives deliver value while maintaining business continuity.

A bit about the job:

As a Change Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in supporting Finance teams as they request and deliver changes across critical Finance SaaS systems. Working closely with Finance stakeholders, IT teams and service providers, you will coordinate impact assessments, prioritise change demand, and oversee the planning and delivery of enhancements that meet user and business needs.

You'll help shape and manage the Finance IT Portfolio Management Service, ensuring technology change is effectively prioritised and aligned to business objectives. Working alongside an offshore Service Desk function, you will help ensure a high-quality support service is maintained while driving continuous improvement across Finance systems, processes and ways of working.

This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to influence across a broad range of teams and a proactive approach to ensuring successful change outcomes.

Skills and experience we're looking for:
  • IT Change Delivery Expertise - Proven experience delivering technology change initiatives and managing competing priorities within a change portfolio. Knowledge of Jira and Planview is desirable.
  • Portfolio & Demand Management - Experience assessing, prioritising, and managing a pipeline of change requests to ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs.
  • Relationship Management & Influencing Skills - Strong stakeholder management capabilities with the confidence to engage, negotiate, and influence effectively across Finance, IT, and third-party teams.
  • Proactive Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement - Ability to identify risks and opportunities, challenge existing processes, and drive service and process improvements.
  • Excellent Communication & Collaborative Leadership - A clear and confident communicator who can build strong partnerships, foster collaboration, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
