Salary: £40K - £55K

Location: Sheffield, Leeds or Eastleigh

Are you an experienced Analytics Lead, Senior Data Analyst or Analytics Manager who loves turning data into business action?

We're looking for a Senior Analytics Manager to join our Health Procurement & Outsourcing Analytics team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who combines strong technical analytics skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, shape strategic decisions and deliver meaningful business outcomes through data. A bit about the job

Join a high-profile team at the heart of Aviva Health. We help shape decisions across a healthcare portfolio responsible for more than £750m of annual healthcare claims spend, delivering insight that improves outcomes for customers, providers and the business.

You'll partner with stakeholders across Health, Procurement, Operations and Transformation to understand business challenges, uncover opportunities and turn complex data into clear recommendations.

Working on a diverse range of strategic and transformation initiatives, you'll help drive value, improve performance and support the next phase of Aviva's One Aviva transformation journey.

This is an opportunity to make a visible impact while broadening your commercial, analytical and leadership experience.

Skills and experience we're looking for

• Strong experience analysing large and complex datasets to generate actionable business insight

• Proven capability using SQL, Python, R or similar analytical tools

• Experience working with senior stakeholders and translating business challenges into analytical solutions

• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and influence decision making

• Experience delivering analytics projects that drive measurable business outcomes
