A bit about the job:As the Change & Run Governance Lead for the Oasis Platform, you'll play a key role in shaping and evolving the governance framework that supports one of Aviva's most strategic AI platforms. Working across both change and operational activities, you'll provide oversight, reporting, risk management and assurance to help ensure the platform operates effectively, transparently and within agreed risk appetites.
You'll partner with teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, Delivery and the wider business to coordinate governance activities, support leadership decision-making and drive continuous improvement. This is a highly visible role where you'll help balance governance excellence with the agility needed to deliver innovation at scale.
Skills and experience we're looking for: - Experience working within PMO, portfolio governance, risk management or change governance environments.
- Strong risk, issue and dependency management skills, with the ability to provide effective challenge and oversight.
- Experience producing high-quality executive reporting, dashboards and management information packs for senior stakeholders.
- Financial governance and budget tracking experience, with the ability to monitor investment performance and delivery outcomes.
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong attention to detail and an assurance-focused mindset.
Desirable experience: - Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI practices or governance within regulated environments.
- Experience supporting AI, cloud, digital or technology platforms.
- Familiarity with governance, risk and control frameworks, including audit and compliance processes.
