SSCL are looking for a Training Coordinator to join their friendly team of 9 to support the Learning & Development team in setting up training courses for the Environment Agency (EA).

You will be responsible to leading the end to end scheduling up of upwards of 60 training courses available to the employees of the EA.

This is an 18 month Fixed term Contract. Working on a hybrid basis you will work from home 3 days a week and the York office twice a week Thursday & Friday. Due to the nature of the work, candidates need to be able to work full time.

What you'll be doing:
  • Reviewing and engaging with suitable training providers.
  • Uploading training courses on the Learning Platforms for employees to access.
  • Monitor and feedback to Client with enrolment numbers.
  • Booking suitable values when training is conducted face to face.
  • Ensuring that the learning modules are promoted to the clients employees.
  • Contact tutors to ensure they are available to complete the training.
  • Feed back to the client on the successes of the training and register of attendees.

What you'll bring:
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask well.
  • Competent use of Office 365 and excel.

It would be great if you had:
  • Experience setting up training programmes.
