Role Purpose

The role will be based in Manchester, and you will be part of the market-leading valuation department at CBRE which has over 250 valuers. This means that we have immediate access to not only the best in the business, but a friendly, dynamic and social team - from all walks of life, not just the tried and trodden routes you might expect. Our team of 17 is formed of qualified valuers and graduates, with a wider office administration support.

The Valuation Advisory Team is headed up by Siobhan Fraser, a married mum of one who has over 20 years experience.

Key Responsibilities

- To assist in the successful implementation and delivery of all aspects of valuation consultancy, working in conjunction with the National team and London.

- Provide informed, market facing and independent advice on all standard property types

- Deliver projects from inception to completion with minimum supervision to meet the objectives in accordance with company policies and management systems. Instructions to include but are not limited to:

o Investment Valuation

o Red Book Valuations

o Loan Book Reviews

o Accounts Valuations

- Assisting with business development by handling repeat business, attending industry events and client presentations

- Client focused approach and ability to develop strong relationships

- Integrating into the wider CBRE business and developing a one team approach

Person Specification/Requirements

- MRICS or equivalent.

- Good IT skills in particular Word and Excel, with knowledge of Argus Enterprise and Developer Software preferable.

- Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing

- Able to plan and manage workload efficiently.
