Job Title - Surveyor/Senior Surveyor - Living Valuation
Location - Henrietta House, London

Are you a valuation surveyor looking to grow your career in the Living sector? If you have between 6 months to 2 years post-qualified experience, we have the perfect opportunity for you at CBRE!

Join our market-leading valuation team specializing in the Student Accommodation, Co-living and BTR markets. Our Living sector is the fastest-growing investment sector in the UK, and we're set to become the biggest sub-team within the Valuation & Advisory department over the next five years.

As part of our team, you'll enjoy immediate access to the best in the business and a friendly, dynamic, and social team. You'll be at the forefront of the evolution of the Living sector, becoming an expert in this sought-after field.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing investment and development valuations

- Writing valuation reports

- Working alongside a senior colleague on core client accounts

- Analysing client and market data to prepare valuations

- Assisting with business development

Requirements/Skills:

- Interest in the Living market

- Strong grasp of income-driven valuations and development appraisals

- Willingness to travel across the UK

- Proven analytical, research, numeracy, and report writing skills

- MRICS qualified and Registered Valuer

- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Argus Developer
