Are you a Service Desk Analyst looking for a new and exciting opportunity? If so read on! I am looking to speak with candidates that have proven experience of working on a helpdesk in an IT environment, have a positive attitude towards teamwork and contribute to the achievement of Team Goals and have an eagerness to learn.
We are embarking on an agile transformation with a key client and delivering a comprehensive new set of cloud services. We are building a greenfield end to end on-premise cloud solution which will provide a platform for users to interact from various locations.
What you'll bring: - Knowledge of Service desk systems and associated tools
- Proven experience working on a helpdesk in an IT environment
- 1st Line Support Experience
- Excellent organisational skills and be used to working to deadlines in a demanding environment
- SC Clearance - as a minimum, must be eligible for DV clearance
It would be great if you had: - Awareness of ITIL service management processes and practices
- Technical knowledge in a Cloud based platform
- Use of ITSM tools - e.g. ServiceNow
- Microsoft MCP qualified
- DV Clearance
Employment Type: Permanent
Location: Farnborough, with some remote working
Security Clearance Level: SC Cleared, Must be eligible for DV

Salary: Up to £28k per annum dependent on experience
