Risk Control Administrator - Salary circa £30.000

A bit about the job:

We are looking for someone to join our wider Supplier Relationship Management team and positively impact customer outcomes, by improving the control environment.

Our new colleague's responsibility will be to ensure risk events are remediated quickly by our Suppliers to minimise customer detriment, and supporting the supplier with the management of any dependencies and any key design decisions that may be required.

Other duties include supporting our Suppliers with Control Testing, managing system updates in line with our Risk methodology framework, reviewing and analysing data received from our Suppliers, and reporting on Risk Events & Control Issues that could have an impact on our Risk and Control environment.

You will be responsible and accountable for your own work and deliverables, which will support our overall business strategy and goals, whilst ensuring compliance with the Aviva Risk Framework, relevant policies, business standards and regulators' expectations.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

• Experience within a financial reporting role and Financial Systems experience.
• Strong Excel and excellent analytical skills required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate across all levels.
• A capacity to work at pace with a positive attitude to change and an ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities.

• Starting salary circa £30.000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
