Both our UK and London Living Wage rates have risen: £12 (UK) £13.15 (London) meaning a pay-rise for hundreds of thousands of workers. With the rising cost of living, it’s more important than ever.
Danielle Harmer, our Chief People Officer, said: “At Aviva we have been paying the Real Living Wage for almost a decade, and over that time we’ve seen the benefits it brings to our people. It’s always been the right thing to do, but with rising living costs creating financial worry for millions this winter, if ever there was a time to pay a fair and steady income, it's now.”
