Salary circa £65,000

4-6-month fixed term contract

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Product Designer to join the User Centred Design team for a 4-6-month fixed term contract. If you enjoy using data and insights to get closer to customers and to inform your design decisions and shape product strategy, we would love to hear from you!

A bit about the job:
The User Centred Design team defines how our customers, partners and employees interact with our products and services. As a Product Designer you will ensure that our digital products not only address customer needs, but also align to business objectives.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

• Strong experience in designing delightful experiences for native applications, designing for iOS and Android as well as managing a native design system/components library
• Solid background in UX design methods, such as Requirements gathering and Data Analysis, as well as experiences creating Journey Maps, User Flows, IA and low-fi prototypes
• Competent in UI/Visual design and experience working with front-end design frameworks, delivering pixel perfect designs when needed and following Aviva's brand guidelines
• Able to lead a User Centred Design project from discovery to delivery and can demonstrate key stakeholder management skills needed for an efficient and effective delivery
• Confident presenting project work to stakeholders and challenging existing mindsets, helping product and business peers with strategy to implement over time and achieve the best customer outcomes

• Salary circa £65,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
