Are you an Oracle Business Process Lead looking to work for a business that truly makes a difference within our NHS?

You will work within a project team (often supported by a Project Manager) to deliver best practice solutions to both migrating clients and existing NHS SBS client organisations in one or more process functions.

This role will be hybrid variable role, you can be based anywhere in the UK. You will be required to travel to clients' sites around England or NHS SBS offices mostly likely to be Leeds or Bristol around a few days a month, with the occasional overnight stay when required.

What you'll be doing;
  • Lead on delivery of an integrated client solution for your work stream in a project environment.
  • Deliver and embed process change within the implementing organisations.
  • Manage project delivery tasks and risks within your work stream.
  • Understand and deliver SBS best practice solutions to existing and new clients enabling them to maximise the benefits of the SBS service.
  • Management of internal and external stakeholders throughout the project cycle.
  • Manage your project workload within time and budget.
  • Participate in lessons learned and process improvement to develop our own methodologies in a continuous improvement environment.
  • Deliver process walk through and training presentations to implementing clients.

What you will bring;
  • Business Process Lead experience.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle 12 and/or Fusion applications.
  • Good understanding of one of the process workstreams below; Purchase to Pay, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger & Reporting, Oracle EPM.
  • Experience of project delivery.
  • Client facing experience, confident in presenting to a client.
  • Experienced user of Excel.
  • Influencing and Negotiating experience.

It would be great if you had;
  • Working knowledge of processes within NHS organisations.
  • Working knowledge of PRINCE2
