Operations Lead

Salary - £30,000 - £35,000

Are you someone who excels in an organised and lively environment? We're currently recruiting for a dedicated Operations Lead to join our Digital IT team and champion excellence in our operations.

A bit about the job:

As a crucial member of the team, you'll play a key role in ensuring all engagements are recorded and managed consistently, providing a robust foundation for our operations. Your expertise will shine as you direct the right customers to appropriate platforms, ensuring a smooth handover and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. With a focus on excellence, you'll gather and understand requirements, updating documentation with relevant information to drive project success.

Your contributions extend to conducting monthly GSP reviews and reporting, delivering timely and comprehensive insights for contractual discussions. Your dedication will be evident in the accurate and punctual gathering of monthly release reporting, providing senior leaders with crucial information for strategic decision-making. Additionally, your role involves recording weekly project progress and, where required, compiling and completing rag status reports on time, reinforcing transparency and accountability.

Skills and experience we're looking for:
  • Good verbal and written communication essential but wider knowledge of business functions would be advantageous.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with an attention to detail and desire to understand our business customers needs.
  • Strong facilitation skills and confidence to ask questions and influence people
  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop a career in Data and IT.
  • Experience with budgets, Planview, Jira as well as the Microsoft suite of tools would be advantageous

  • Starting salary between £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
