Motor Claims Liability Investigator Starting salary between £23,900 to £27,300 (depending on hours, skills and experience) plus additional benefits Our standard full time contracts are for 35 hours per week (with options for part time working). However, we may offer the option for a 40 hour contract which has an enhanced salary of up to £31,200.

A bit about the jobAs a Motor Claims Liability Investigator, you will be responsible for gathering all the correct and relevant information, liaising with our customers and parties involved in the claim including our suppliers to achieve the best settlement outcomes for our customers and business. Your success will impact Aviva's success in the market when it comes to indemnity spend and becoming market leading.

Skills and experience we're looking for- Possess a persuasive, strong and confident customer service
- The ability to work in teams and collaborate with others
- Self-motivated to complete investigations, obtain evidence to defend our liability stance, an ability to handle difficult calls with both customers and third parties while working under pressure.
- Basic computer, literacy, numeracy skills

- Starting salary between £23,900 and £27,300 based on a 35 hour weekor pro rata up to £31,200 if you prefer a 40 hour week (depending on location, skills, experience,and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 6% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
