£13.27 per hour

12hours per week (weekend position)

• Design and deliver meaningful experiences and events that reflect residents' interests,preferencesand lifestyles
  

• Take the time to get to knoweveryresident as an individual, supporting them to take part in experiences they enjoyand encouragingthem toexplorenew opportunities
  

• Work collaboratively withyour teamto create a positiveandinclusive environmentthat shapeseveryday life
  

• Build connections within the home and beyondto helpenhance theresident experience
  

• Bring fresh ideas,creativityand a sense of curiosity to the role, elevating everyday experiences into something meaningful,socialand engaging
