CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting for an Industrial Facilities Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Lead a team of CBRE employees, service partners and contractors to deliver full, integrated facilities management at our clients large, industrial site

• Manage contractual relationships and work with client stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery, reviewing and monitoring performance in line with agreed KPI or SLA.

• Ensure Quality, Compliance, Safety and Safety policies are met and auditable

• Liaise with CBRE Project Teams and Client to share medium to large project opportunities

• Respond to problems and concerns; implements policy, rules and regulations.

• Support account management team to monitor and modify the services deliverables in accordance to the change of Client's business needs.

• Review and manage local contract/ scope of work documents to ensure consistency and adherence with client master contract and CBRE's corporate standards

• Support leadership and contract support team in developing and controlling annual facility budget, including direct and indirect contract service expenses, preventative maintenance costs and project costs

• Consistently encourage and introduce innovation to ensure optimal service delivery, through the latest on market products and services

• The job demands leadership capability, creativity, resourcefulness, interpersonal and communications skills, and organisational abilities.

• Excellent communication skills are imperative in this role. The Facilities Manager must display a strong ability to be a key influencer with decision-makers

• The Facilities Manager must display diligence in abundance in servicing clients; in addition, time management and a sense of urgency are crucial.

• Quality Control; The Facilities Manager must possess an eye for quality and attention to detail.

• Ability to exceed clients expectations by considering and mitigating in advance, all impacts from any facility action, task or project

• Demonstrable Health & Safety knowledge and/or experience (IOSH minimum)

• Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service

Person Skills

• Experienced in delivering full, integrated facilities management (Maintenance, Security, Waste, Porterage, Reception, Grounds, Pest, Archiving, Reprographics, Conferencing, Small to Medium Projects)

• BIFM, IWFM membership or equivalent experience desirable

• Experienced in managing large, industrial facilities

• Experience working in aged buildings with high, fragile roofs, desirable

• BIFM, IWFM or equivalent experience

• ILM 3 - 5 qualification desirable

• GCSEs - Maths and English language minimum C grade.

• Great communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
