A bit about the job:

Political Violence and Terror is an exciting new line of business, and as Head of Political Violence and Terror you will be Reporting to the Head of Crisis Management. This pivotal role requires extensive experience in both the Company and Lloyd's market. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the Political Violence and Terror underwriting strategy, managing a team of Underwriters, fostering strong relationships with brokers and clients, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

• Extensive experience in PVT underwriting within both the company and Lloyd's market (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of PVT insurance products, market dynamics, and underwriting best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing underwriting teams and driving results.
• Proven track record of achieving profitable underwriting results and effectively managing complex risks.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
