Broker Development Manager

West & South Wales Region

This is a great job for someone who has experience in broker relationship management and seeks to develop broker accounts backed by one of the most product rich general insurers in the market. A bit about the job:

You will work with a defined group of brokers and the key to your success will be your ability to quickly build effective relationships with these brokers along with developing a strong internal network.

Primary role will be to identify new opportunities and utilise the full range of Aviva solutions throughout your broker panel to secure balanced and profitable growth.

You will also regularly supervise the profit and growth performance for your panel of brokers and put plans in place to extract maximum value from the brokers you manage.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

• Experience of working within General Insurance
• Ideally have existing relationships with Brokers in the West & South Wales
• Ability to build quality relationships, both external and internal
• Strong skillset to influence positive outcomes using your relationship skills
• Excellent communication skills and team player mindset
