Role Purpose

This role would suit someone who is driven, a great communicator and wanting to kick-start their career in property! You will be supporting the Flexible Office Solutions team and negotiating Flex transactions, helping to shape the future of office space.

Key Responsibilities

- Developing a detailed knowledge of the Flexible Office Market, the range of Flexible Office Products and the Operator sales team.

- Understanding market pricing & having knowledge of the data sources and CBRE systems.

- Advising occupiers and helping them evaluate their choices and negotiate transactions.

- Managing and executing all leads from the CBRE website.

- Developing a full working knowledge of the typical Operator Licencing agreements.

- Creating property availability reports.

- Offering on-going client support throughout the team.

- Arranging and attending building viewing tours.

- Providing advice on the suitability of Flex vs Traditional leases.

- Negotiating and transacting Flex licenses.

- Developing a professional approach to client care and business development.

Person Specification/Requirements

- Excellent communication skills

- Attention to detail

- Good knowledge of London (not essential)

- To have a confident and polite phone manner

- Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met.

- Accurate and excellent attention to detail.

- Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team.

- Flexible approach to work.

- Understands and appreciates the importance of using discretion and providing fact-based advice.
