Wiltshire FA is recruiting for a Business and Partnerships Manager to join its motivated and successful team.

The person joining Wiltshire FA will support the organisation's work as it seeks to increase commercial income from a broader range of sources and, in parallel, improve its capacity and capability to work closely with new and existing partners to deliver its purpose.

As a new role, and as part of the Senior Management Team, the postholder will play an important part in an exciting period of development and anticipated growth for the organisation, supporting all football participants and communities across Swindon and Wiltshire.

The successful candidate will be central to Wiltshire FA's commercial and stakeholder engagement activities, both of which are vital to delivering positive outcomes for clubs and leagues, recreational football participants, and initiatives focused on increasing participation levels across the county to support wellbeing and community cohesion.

Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will also support performance reporting, governance and compliance activities, while helping to improve organisational processes and performance.

A key objective of the role is to support Wiltshire FA to sustainably achieve more through income generation, business process improvement, and adherence to compliance and governance commitments. The postholder will need to understand and oversee financial matters, including relevant controls.
