Job Title: Football Development Officer (Women & Girls)
Salary: Circa £24,000 - £26,000 (dependent on experience)
Working Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week. Some evening and weekend working is required.
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Hybrid working, including the Wiltshire FA office (Green Lane Playing Fields, Green Lane, Devizes, SN10 5EP), homeworking and travel to other locations, including occasional overnight stays.
The Role
Wiltshire FA is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and inspiring Football Development Officer (Women & Girls). It is an exciting time to join Wiltshire FA following the launch of the Association's new strategy for grassroots football across the county.
The successful candidate will lead the continued growth of female football participation across Wiltshire, maximising both affiliated and recreational opportunities, while also developing and strengthening the Female Coaches Community.
The Football Development Officer will work within Wiltshire FA's Development Team and will collaborate closely with colleagues, leagues, clubs and national partners. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking organisation committed to making a meaningful impact on grassroots football throughout the county.
