What you will be working on

You`ll join a friendly, enthusiastic and growing team within our innovative Operations area here at Brit, reporting to a Team Leader within one of two squads. On a day-to-day basis, you`ll provide a professional and comprehensive administrative service for brokers, internal teams and service providers. You`ll maintain and monitor the flow of work between underwriting teams and the service provider, ensuring items are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.

In this pivotal role, you`ll be involved in the Underwriting, Operations and Compliance areas, and as such your thoughts and ideas will be welcomed to identify and implement opportunities for streamlining underwriting activity. Crucially, you`ll be required to maintain awareness of regulatory impact and ensure underwriting activity is always within guidelines.

In an ideal world, you`ll have some insurance experience to draw from. However, more importantly, we are keen you bring a fresh perspective and open-minded approach to the role with a focus on building relationships both existing and new.
