Outdoor Activity Centre Instructor

Woburn Forest | £12.87 per hour

Join our Outdoor Activity Centre team as an Instructor, delivering fun, action-packed experiences for guests. You'll coach and supervise activities, ensuring safety and creating memorable moments in a dynamic, physically challenging environment.

What you'll be doing
  • Set up and organise a variety of outdoor activities for guests
  • Maintain equipment and complete safety checks in line with company standards
  • Keep areas clean, tidy and professionally presented
  • Coach and supervise participants to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience

Your working hours
  • Part-time contract
  • You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 120 hours over a 4 - week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
  • This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
About you
  • Must be aged 18 years or over
  • Emergency First Aid at Work (training can be provided)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to perform under pressure
  • Physically capable to meet the demands of the role
  • Confident, sociable and works well in a team
Note: You'll need to complete a DBS check before starting (we'll help with that)
