Give to Gain: How We’re Investing in the Women of Center Parcs

Category: Gender (Equality & Identity)

Gender Focus

Today we celebrate the incredible achievements, resilience and leadership of women everywhere - including right here across our Center Parcs community.

Top Left: Five women stand outdoors in a line against a backdrop of tall pine trees. They are dressed in casual professional attire, including striped shirts, blouses, and one maroon apron. Top Right: Five women pose closely together in front of dense green foliage. Most wear navy blue zip-up fleeces over tan collared shirts, while one stands out in a bright pink hoodie. Bottom: A large group of approximately 15 women are gathered inside a rustic, modern café or staff room. They are seated at wooden tables with coffee cups or standing in the background. The room features light wood paneling, woven pendant lights, and large windows overlooking a forest.

This year’s theme Give to Gain reminds us that when we give our time, support, knowledge and opportunities to women, the benefits multiply for individuals, teams and entire communities. Every act of encouragement helps create a more equal, inclusive and thriving workplace and world.

It’s been a meaningful week of celebration across our business:

  • Virtual event with former England rugby star and World Cup winner Maggie Alphonsi MBE
  • Women’s only Power Hours of Connection across our villages and at Forest House
  • Team spotlights, celebrating women’s achievements across the business

We’re grateful to everyone who participated, shared their experiences, and made space for growth, learning and support. Today and every day, let’s keep giving - and gaining – together.
