Job description

You maintain the goal of coordinating business divestitures and acquisitions across our HR shared services, partnering with the P&O function for the respective businesses to transform HR operations for our customers worldwide. You develop and handle project timelines and foster positive workplace dynamic and culture.

  • You enable communication and collaboration through various activities, ranging from understanding dependencies to ensuring management support, in collaboration with our Customer Relationship Management team.
  • You establish relationships to partner optimally with both internal and external customers, and continuously collaborate with partners to drive increased efficiency, customer experience, and performance.
  • You drive and ensure execution of contracting activities, inclusive of baselining, sizing, and pricing activities. You lead contractual frameworks and process change requests to any of contracts, and you report and analyze contract status, service provider relationships, and service receiver relationships.
  • You conduct analysis of pricing structures in adherence to business goals, understand interdependencies in service provision, and are responsible for assurance.
  • You support contracts across our HR shared services teams and use knowledge of internal processes and standards to lead the development of contract templates to be used as part of HR service implementations. This includes quality control and process for input/output of documentation.
  • You stay informed on internal policy guidelines and relevant labor law regulations as they relate to the business. You formulate project opportunities and provide respective information for account management support.

  • You are strategically innovative and oriented to foresee and fix problems before they exist.
  • You have strong Power BI and MS Excel modeling skills in spreadsheet analysis and forecasting.
  • You have a university degree in business, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Many years of specific experience and very good English skills complete your profile.
