We're looking for an engaging and passionate Learning Specialist to join our HR team and play a key role in developing capability across our business.

This is a facilitation-focused role where you'll spend the majority of your time delivering impactful learning experiences that inspire, develop and empower our colleagues. You'll be an experienced facilitator who thrives in front of an audience, can adapt your style to different groups and creates engaging learning environments where people feel confident to participate, learn and grow.

Working closely with HR colleagues and business stakeholders, you'll also support the design, evaluation and continuous improvement of learning solutions that drive performance and support our organisational goals.
Other duties include:
Delivering high-impact learning
  • Facilitate engaging learning programmes both virtually and face-to-face.
  • Deliver a range of development interventions, including leadership, management, behavioural and professional skills programmes.
  • Create inclusive and collaborative learning environments that encourage participation and knowledge sharing.
  • Adapt your facilitation approach to suit different audiences, learning styles and business needs.
  • Use coaching and questioning techniques to deepen learning and support behavioural change.
  • Manage group dynamics effectively and maintain high levels of learner engagement.
Supporting learning excellence
  • Contribute to the design and development of learning solutions and resources.
  • Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and support colleagues to successfully deliver learning programmes.
  • Gather and evaluate learner feedback to measure impact and identify improvements.
  • Maintain learning materials and digital content within our Learning Management System.
  • Support the successful delivery of learning projects and initiatives.
Essential skills and Experience:
We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping others learn and develop and who can confidently facilitate engaging learning experiences for a variety of audiences.

You'll bring:
  • Experience facilitating learning and development programmes in classroom, virtual or hybrid environments.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • The ability to engage, motivate and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong coaching, questioning and feedback skills.
  • Confidence managing group discussions and learner dynamics.
  • Experience designing or adapting learning materials and resources.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement and professional development.
Desirable
  • Experience working within Learning & Development, HR or a related function.
  • Knowledge of learning evaluation methodologies.
  • CIPD qualification, learning and development qualification, or willingness to work towards a relevant professional qualification.
