Training and development at NATS
We provide a first class offering to support employees’ personal and professional development. In addition to our mandatory Respect at Work e-learning, our blended learning offer empowers our people to own and drive their development. Our extensive digital offering is accessed via our Diversity and Inclusion learning catalogue and covers: Awareness and How to Challenge, Respect, Unconscious Bias, Inclusive Team Working, Protected Characteristics.
Diversity and Inclusion will be included in our revised induction and new manager programme and we also run the following facilitated sessions:
