Ex-armed forces and veterans support at NATS

We signed up to the Armed Forces Covenant in 2017 and now hold the gold status on the Ministry of Defence’s Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS), which is confirmation that our HR and recruitment policies align with the Covenant, and we are an advocate for the Armed Forces and its personnel.  We have our own armed forces community, made up of people who have served in all branches of the forces: individuals who benefit others by volunteering with their local cadet organisations, reservists who have learned new skills (which are then applied to NATS’ benefit in the workplace), and family members who provide invaluable support to those currently serving.
