Health and Wellbeing at Grosvenor
Our approach to the wellbeing of our people includes valuing both their physical and mental health. We offer a range of wellbeing activities across the year, including interactive workshops, manager training, on-demand resources on mindfulness, sleep and nutrition and offering health checks and flu vaccinations. Our Employee Assistance Programme is a free and confidential counselling and information service, available 24/7 to help with any personal or work-related issues that may be affecting health, wellbeing or performance.
We also have a trained group of Mental Health First Aiders who offer the following support:
- Understand the key factors affecting mental wellbeing
- Identify the signs and symptoms for a range of mental health conditions
- Listen non-judgementally and hold supportive conversations using the Mental Health First Aid action plan
- Signpost people to professional help, support and resources
We were delighted that our health and wellbeing programme was shortlisted for both People Management's Best Health & Wellbeing Initiative, and for Personnel Today's Health & Wellbeing Award in 2022.
