Grosvenor signs 'Wellbeing of Women' menopause pledge

Our UK property business has signed up to the Wellbeing of Women Menopause Pledge.
The pledge commits us to provide support around menstrual health and menopause in our workplace by raising awareness and having honest discussions. This is just one part of our Diversity and Inclusion programme, to ensure a more diverse, welcoming and open workforce.
Our new commitment means we will:
- Recognise that menopause can be an issue in the workplace and women may need support
- Talk openly, positively and respectfully about the menopause
- Actively support and inform our employees affected by the menopause
At Grosvenor, we have a comprehensive menopause policy in place to ensure all our employees feel supported and are aware of the resources available. These include our Employee Assistance Programme, Mental Health First Aiders, Occupational Health, reasonable adjustments to your working environment and flexible working arrangements.
